What is Angel Food?

Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit, non-denominational organization dedicated to providing grocery relief and financial support to communities throughout the United States. The program began in 1994 with 34 families in Monroe, Georgia, and has grown to serve hundreds of thousands of families every month across 35 states. Who Qualifies For Angel Food?

• EVERYONE!
• There are no qualifications, minimums, income restrictions, or applications.
• Everyone is encouraged to participate.

How Does It Work?

• Orders and distribution are handled by church host sites.
• Orders are collected by the host during the first part of each month.
• These orders are turned into the Angel Food main office in Monroe, Georgia, on a pre-determined date.
• Several days later, in the same month, Angel Food delivers the food to the delivery destination.

How Much Does It Cost?

• A regular order costs $30 and you can order as many as you want.
• Each month’s menu is different and determined by Angel Food. You get $60 worth of food for only $30!

How Do I Order?

• You can place Credit/Debit Card orders ONLINE by clicking on this link, CLICK HERE.
• We will process your cash, money order, EBT, or credit/debit order at West Congregational Church the Sunday and Tuesday just prior to the order deadline.  Our hours are Sunday from 9 - 11 am or Tuesday from 6 - 7 pm.

How Do I Make A Payment?

What Are The Order Deadlines?

Every month, there is a cutoff date to place an order, to ensure that the warehouse can process the 500,000 plus orders from around the country.  Both the Order Cutoff and the Delivery Dates cannot be changed and are set in stone from Angel Food Ministries.  After your order is placed, you will either be emailed a receipt or handed one, if in person.  Below are the dates for 2010:

What Are The Pickup Times?

On the day of distribution, arrive at West Congregational Church, between the Hours of 09:00am and 11:00am.

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING PICKUP OF YOUR ORDER **

You MUST have your RECEIPT with you that was either handed to you or emailed to you.

Bring either a MEDIUM SIZED BOX or LAUNDRY BASKET, to store your food.

NO ORDERS will be WALK IN orders for the current month on distribution day.  You can place orders for the next month on the day of distribution.

Any orders not picked up on distribution day during the designated time frame, may be given away.  We do not have refrigeration on site for storage of food not picked up.

If there is inclement weather on distribution day, check our website for delays!
